All services are limited to cosmetic and non-licensed work unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. We do not perform structural, plumbing, electrical (beyond fixture replacement), HVAC, or permit-required construction.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All prices listed on the website are base prices and may vary depending on project size, materials, site conditions, and client-specific requirements.

Estimates are provided based on information available at the time of evaluation
Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes
Any additional work must be approved by the client before proceeding

Verbal estimates are not binding unless confirmed in writing.

3. Scheduling and Access

Clients agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times. Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, pets, or incomplete preparation may result in rescheduling fees or additional charges.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, material availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Deposits and Payments

Deposits may be required to secure scheduling
Full or partial payment may be due upon completion of services
Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service

Failure to make timely payment may result in additional fees, service suspension, or collection action.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional fees to cover labor and scheduling losses.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Removing personal items from work areas
Informing us of any known hazards or property conditions
Ensuring utilities are available as required
Securing pets during service

Samo’s Flipping is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or items left in work areas.

7. Materials

Unless otherwise stated, materials may be selected by the Company or provided by the client. Samo’s Flipping is not responsible for defects, delays, or performance issues related to client-supplied materials.

8. Warranties and Limitations

Samo’s Flipping provides workmanship consistent with industry standards for cosmetic services. We do not guarantee:

Color perception or finish variations
Manufacturer warranties on materials
Results affected by existing surfaces or conditions

Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after service completion.

9. Property Damage and Liability

We take reasonable care to protect client property. However, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Hidden or unforeseen conditions
Damage caused by third parties

Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the services provided.
